Allene Ng
Based in: Singapore
Allene has 30 years of finance experience across Information Technology, Fintech and Healthcare industries, including over 20 years of management experience. She has held finance leadership roles in American MNCs as well as public sector organizations in Singapore, leading teams from various countries in multiple continents.
She is a Practising Management Consultant (PMC), Singapore Chartered Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant™ (CGMA), Workplace Learning consultant certified by the National Centre of Excellence for Workplace Learning (NACE), as well as an adult educator with an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
Allene holds a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie University, Australia and a Bachelor of Accountancy degree with second-upper class honours from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.
Joanes Yasin
Based in: Singapore
Joanes is a highly experienced finance professional with over 30 years in multinational companies, mainly in the Information Technology and Finance related industries. He has a strong track record across Southeast Asian markets, having served as Country Controller and Business Finance Controller for various countries within the Southeast Asian region.
His expertise include managing profitability (P&L), financial forecasting, treasury operations, setting up new businesses, and leading finance teams across multiple countries.
Joanes holds an Master of Business Administration from Macquarie University, Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia.
Lynn Chia
Based in: Singapore
Lynn has over 30 years of experience working on Supply Chain solutions and Logistics operations across Chemical, Manufacturing and Logistics industries in various countries, with over 20 years of management experience. She has held regional leadership roles in MNCs, leading cross-cultural teams.
She is a Six Sigma Blackbelt, trained in Lean manufacturing methodologies, certified Coach by The Maxwell Leadership Team, a certified adult educator with an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) and Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance.
Lynn holds a Master of Management degree from Macquarie University in Australia and a Bachelor of Science (Economics) from the University of London.
Samuel Pang
Based in: Singapore
Samuel has over 30 years of finance experience across different industries including management experience. He has held senior finance leadership roles in various MNCs in Singapore, leading teams across all Asia Pacific countries.
He possesses extensive finance experience across all areas of the discipline including financial accounting, cost and management accounting, auditing, financial planning and analysis, credit management, internal controls, revenue management, and business partnering. His diverse background spans finance roles in manufacturing, sales, services, and distribution organizations.
Samuel is a Singapore Chartered Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree with honours from the National University of Singapore.
Tan Wee Na
Based in: Singapore
Wee Na is a results-driven finance professional with more than 18 years of experience driving global and regional operations across multinational environments. She has led complex initiatives in supply chain, controllership, and transformation projects, delivering impactful business outcomes.
Her expertise spans financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, internal controls, and stakeholder engagement. She is skilled in cross-functional collaboration to support strategic decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Wee Na is a CPA Australia member and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Monash University, Australia. She has also completed a professional certificate in Data Analytics and Visualization with National University of Singapore.

Victor is a Finance Operations and Transformation leader with over 20 years of experience driving performance, efficiency, and strategic alignment in global finance functions. He has led multicultural teams across North America, LATAM, and EMEA, delivering measurable improvements through process optimization, automation, and finance transformation.
His expertise lies in aligning finance operations with business strategy, implementing scalable processes, and fostering high-performing teams that deliver measurable results. He has a strong track record in partnering with business leaders to drive growth and operational excellence.
Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance and has completed executive programs in Negotiation and Finance Strategy at ITESO University in Guadalajara, Mexico.
