She has held senior leadership roles with global corporations including HP, Cisco, and Oracle, where she spent more than 20 years successfully leading cross-cultural teams and navigating multi-national business environments.

Daniel Lee

Daniel has over 30 years of leadership experience in Finance, Manufacturing, and Education, including senior regional and global roles with Fortune 100 American and European multinationals, as well as a Family Office. Having worked in New York and Vietnam, he brings international perspective to business challenges. He has taught in universities and delivered corporate training for over 15 years.

Dimitra is a Finance professional with over 15 years of experience in multinational environments spanning Technology, Consumer Healthcare, and FMCG. She has held key roles at HP Inc. and GlaxoSmithKline, where she led global compliance projects, improved financial profitability, and partnered with commercial teams to deliver accurate financial insights.

Gan Chin Yean

Based in: Singapore

Chin Yean has over 34 years of experience in the Precision Engineering industry, including in senior management. He was the Managing Director for a MNC with regional top and bottom-line responsibilities for manufacturing locations in Singapore and Malaysia. He has worked with SMEs in providing precision engineering solutions for large MNCs. He has experience in business process re-engineering, total quality management and general management.

He is trained as a Skills Future mentor to work with SMEs in developing and reviewing companies’ on-the-job training systems and processes. He served as a Council Member in Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) for three terms.

Lynn Chia
