Allene has 30 years of finance experience across Information Technology, Fintech and Healthcare industries, including over 20 years of management experience. She has held finance leadership roles in American MNCs as well as public sector organizations in Singapore, leading teams from various countries in multiple continents.

She is a Practising Management Consultant (PMC), Singapore Chartered Accountant (ISCA), Chartered Global Management Accountant™ (CGMA), Workplace Learning consultant certified by the National Centre of Excellence for Workplace Learning (NACE), as well as an adult educator with an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).

Allene holds a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie University, Australia and a Bachelor of Accountancy degree with second-upper class honours from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Chin Yean Gan

Chin Yean has over 34 years of experience in the Precision Engineering industry, including in senior management. He was the Managing Director for a MNC with regional top and bottom-line responsibilities for manufacturing locations in Singapore and Malaysia. He has worked with SMEs in providing precision engineering solutions for large MNCs. He has experience in business process re-engineering, total quality management and general management.

He is trained as a Skills Future mentor to work with SMEs in developing and reviewing companies’ on-the-job training systems and processes. He served as a Council Member in Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) for three terms.

Dimitra Tsouni

Dimitra is a Finance professional with over 15 years of experience in multinational environments spanning Technology, Consumer Healthcare, and FMCG. She has held key roles at HP Inc. and GlaxoSmithKline, where she led global compliance projects, improved financial profitability, and partnered with commercial teams to deliver accurate financial insights.

Dimitra’s expertise covers financial management, FP&A, compliance, controllership, and process improvement, with advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and financial modeling. Evelyn Choh

Based in: Singapore

Evelyn brings over 30 years of experience in Corporate Credit Risk and Funder-Vendor Financing Development across Asia-Pacific. She has held senior leadership roles with global corporations including HP, Cisco, and Oracle, where she spent more than 20 years successfully leading cross-cultural teams and navigating multi-national business environments.

Complementing her corporate expertise, she earned a Master of Social Sciences in Professional Counselling, and is an NLP Master Practitioner with ICI Coaching Certification. She is also a certified adult educator with an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).

Evelyn holds a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Banking and Finance from Monash University, Australia.

Lynn Chia

Based in: Singapore

Lynn has over 30 years of experience working on Supply Chain solutions and Logistics operations across Chemical, Manufacturing and Logistics industries in various countries, with over 20 years of management experience. She has held regional leadership roles in MNCs, leading cross-cultural teams.

She is a Six Sigma Blackbelt, trained in Lean manufacturing methodologies, certified Coach by The Maxwell Leadership Team, a certified adult educator with an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) and Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance.
